Looking For Land

When you're in need or just need some advice, or just need someone to talk too, call on your Heavenly Father.  His fast response may amaze you!

My daughter Nicole and her husband have been looking for land to build a new home.  They are not satisfied with where they are now and have been searching for a plot of land in the country for some time.

They want land large enough to have plenty of room for their children to roam and have plenty of room for a large garden and maybe even some chickens.

They found a plot of land 2.3 acres in size out in the beautiful countryside.  They placed a bid on it for $10,000 dollars less than the asking price.  It was about all that they could afford to pay and they were worried as there were other's also bidding.

I talked to Nicole about this and told her to ask our Heavenly Father.  To talk with Him about it.  Ask Him that if it is His will, to please make it happen.  I told her that you must ask, but if it is His will, He will move on it!  He wants you to call on Him!

Later in the day I received a phone call from Nicole.  She said, as she was preparing dinner thinking about the lot, she thought of what I had said and starting talking to Father.  Her conversation went like this...

 "Father, how's your day going? This is Nicole, just a lil' peon down here cutting green beans and just a wondering.  I know I shouldn't ask for instant gratification on things that I ask for because it's all in Your time, but if we were to move out to the country and this is the lot, could things go smoothly so that we don't go back and forth not knowing what to do?  If this is supposed to happen could You have it fall into place easily? Seamlessly?"  

She then said, within less than five minutes she hears a "ping" on her phone.  To her amazement the message was from her Realtor...

"Congrats!  They accepted the offer.  Yee Haw!"

Considering that they offered $10,000 less, she was amazed that they didn't counter offer.  Like I had told her, ask Father God and if it's His will, He'll move on it!
 

And... He did!

How awesome is our Heavenly Father!  He is there for us... waiting for our call.

As we call on our awesome Heavenly Father asking for our needs, for our heart's desires and for His will in our lives expecting Him to answer,  we must keep in mind that He calls us too.  Question is...

Do we answer?
