Be Thou My Vision

Last night I was struggling.  I sensed that I was being fiercely attacked.  I had all these thoughts racing through my mind...

"You aren't making a difference to no one.  Who do you think you are?  What you're trying to do is a waste of
your time".

I felt a strong urge to shut down this blog and give up.  It was a bunch of nonsense.  It was strange.

I placed my hands on my ears and said "Lord, Help me!"  I was beginning to feel tormented.  I'm normally a very optimistic person, but a sense of dread was hovering over me like I've done something horribly wrong!

Then I came upon the below music video by Nathan Pacheco and began listening to the song "Be Thou My Vision" over and over again.  I just couldn't get enough of it.

Then I felt drawn to go to my blog and click on the "Lion of Judah" link on the right column of my blog.  I reread what happened there and thought, "You just can't make this stuff up!"

I asked Jesus... "What am I really doing?"  The urge to delete my blog and quit trying was strong!

Then I sensed Holy Spirit tell me... "That's exactly what satan wants.  He wants you to shut it down and quit.  He doesn't like what you are doing.  You are making a difference.  You are working for Me. Continue on soldier."

I really do feel that I was being attacked by the enemy.  He wants me to give up. Then this morning upon waking I right away went to Lana Vawser's website.  She had up a new message posted today.  Her message was for us, God's daughters.

Click here for that message... Daughters of God, You are Rising Up Stronger Than Ever!

It is not happenstance that in this message it mentions The Lion of Judah, which I was drawn to reread last night, and of the mention of 20/20 vision and I was so drawn to the music video... Be Thou My Vision...

I said, "Jesus help me!" And He did.  It sure was comforting
to read Lana's post this morning.  It gave me renewed hope.
Oh Lord, Be Thou My Vision!

What an awesome God we serve!

Alleluiah
