I Feel Good!

I woke up this morning with this song ringing in my ears...

I felt "pumped" this morning.  Extra energized while singing this song.  I thought to myself, "Wow, what is this all about?"

Then I got thinking that in the song it says... I got You!  That's why we feel so good.  That's what it's all about...

 I got You, Lord!

Last night around midnight my mother informed me of a lightening and rolling thunder show like she has never seen before.  She said the whole sky was lighting up like fireworks.  She noted how with all the windows in my room my bedroom had to of been lit up!  Well, I slept right through it, but maybe that's why I feel so energized!  God's fireworks show! (Smile)

Who knows, but God, but I do know that I woke up with the "I Feel Good" song by James Brown, playing over and over in my head.

Later thinking about all this I randomly selected a Rhema word and it read...

"My Heart is gracious toward you."

We Love You!

The Ring...

And the Promises.

On Saturday, June 17, 2017, a ring that our special needs child, Jackie, was wearing turned from silver to gold within minutes right before our eyes.

Let me start from the beginning.  A few months prior, Jackie received a ring from her sister-in-law, Tasha.  At the time I didn't know anything about this ring and thought it nice of Tasha since Jackie loves rings.

Jackie wore this ring almost everyday since receiving it.  On June 17, 2017 this silver ring turned into gold and I was inspired to find out more.  I have shown the ring here when silver.  And now the ring after it turned gold...

Our daughter, Jill commented how she was surprised that Tasha gave up that ring so easily, since she had it for many years and Jill knew the ring was very special to Tasha.  She commented how the ring is an Irish ring and since Tasha is part Irish it held some meaning for her.  So I investigated further.

The ring is called a Claddagh ring originating in the town of Claddagh, Ireland.  Quoting from a website Celtic Wedding Rings...

"The origins of the ring come from a humble gateway fishing village, but it is now one of the most recognizable pieces of jewelry in the world as men and women from dozens of nations eagerly look for the ideal Claddagh ring to suit their status.  It is a traditional Irish ring and the design consists of:

Two Hands:  These are clasped around a heart, the heart hands are a representation of friendship.
Heart:  A representation of love.
A Crown:  A representation of loyalty/fidelity.

"As you might expect in a country so closely linked to Christianity, the Claddagh ring also carries religious meaning for some insofar as it is linked with God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost, also know as the Holy Trinity.  The left hand of the ring represents Jesus; the right hand represents the Holy Ghost while the crown represents God." The very next day June 18th (Father's Day) the ring started to slowly turn back to silver.  By the end of the day it was completely silver again.

What does this all mean?  

Nick asked me that question.  I said... "That Jackie is very special."  I asked Father God that same question and heard this in my spirit...

"Ah yes My Jackie!  My sweet Jackie, how she has suffered for Me.  Her reward is great!  For all eternity you will see My favour upon her."

"The ring represents My love.  My love for you and yours.  A never ending bond.  We are joined.  We are linked together, fastened to one another.  There is a pledge amongst us.  A vow never to be broken.  Never fear My Love.  Never fear anything for We are forever by your sides."

"I will use Jackie in wondrous ways.  There is a reason for Jackie.  Her time on earth is being used wisely.  She does not have sin as a barrier to Me.  The flow from her to Me is uninterrupted, free flowing." 

"She is an open vessel for Me.  I flow through her and to those around her.  She is unintimidated by the world and its ways.  She is as free as a bird.  She will fly straight to Me unhindered.  Oh how I can use such a vessel.  She is a blessing for your family beyond your understanding. I will use her greatly."

"Thank you for saying "Yes" to her and allowing her to be a part of your family.  Your "Yes" has great consequences!"

"Oh I have so much for you all.  Hold fast, hold on for it will be a bumpy ride, but with Me by your side it's smooth sailin'.  Hold fast My love for I am here! (I felt I was too underline those last three words).  I love you." End of message

Then I asked... "Jesus, please help Jackie to not lose her ring."  I heard in my spirit... "Even if the ring is no longer physically seen, it is still there.  A forever bond." 

The above was heard a couple days after the incident.  After typing this today I again asked Father God the same question and felt led to open Streams In The Desert (Cowman).  I opened to this...

"The colored sunsets and starry heavens, the beautiful mountains and the shining seas, the fragrant woods and painted flowers, are not half so beautiful as a soul that is serving Jesus out of love, in the wear and tear of common, unpoetic life. - Faber"

That's a confirmation for us!  We know that Jackie, blessed with Down Syndrome, is one of those saintly spirits.  God is and will continue to use Jackie in miraculous and wonderful ways. The changing of the ring from silver to gold for one day, and a change back from gold to silver the next day can only come from Father Himself.

The changing of the Claddagh ring signifies hope.  We know in our hearts that Father God is giving us hope for a future filled with His Promises.  We hold onto those Promises.

Oddly enough the very next day which was Father's Day, the day the ring turned back to silver, we had a family barbeque.  Our daughter Kimberly's boyfriend, Josh, upon arriving pulled into our back stone drive and upon opening his truck door, saw a flash from the ground and then picked up amongst the stones and grass a silver wedding ring.  He showed us his find.  We have no idea where it came from or whose it could be.  Someone mentioned it could be a disgruntled wife throwing her ring out the window.

Possibly, but how odd and what is it with the rings?  This we do know... There is a reason for everything.

Inside the Claddagh ring there is an inscription that reads... 

"Love, Loyalty, Friendship".  

Father God is all those things for His children.

St. Fiacre Pray For Us

The next door neighbors had a garden and in it stood a statue.  It stood in the same spot for many years, however the other day the neighbor hand motioned to Nick to come over.  He told Nick to take the statue if he wanted it.

Nick carried it home... it was in pretty bad shape.  But, after some scrubbing and paint he looks great and now has graced our home.  We thank our neighbors for after further investigation I found the saint to be St. Fiacre the patron saint of farmers and gardners and known to be the saint of fertility.

Team Bride

Yesterday daughter Kimberly came home with a bag of clothing that she had gone through and was giving to Brooke and Jackie.

As I reached the bottom of the bag, I found a button similar to the one pictured here.

She had left and said nothing of it.  I'm sure it was from one of her girlfriend's weddings, but I still found it amusing.

Remember... there is a reason for everything! (smile) 

Leave The Details

 I originally made this post on December 14, 2016, and just found it in my drafts, so I'm posting it now...

My Mother, sister and I have felt so "dry" as of late.  A little lost.  We have felt a sense of... "We pray and pray, but nothing ever seems to change."  I have felt like I've been in a dry desert and everything around me was getting worse, not better.  We've had a lot of sickness in our family especially over the last week and that can be exasperating.  Especially when Jackie actually ended up in the Emergency Room because of the stomach flu being so violent and long for her.  Poor thing!

We have sensed "dread" that maybe we've been duped all along, wondering what to really believe. My mother has been to a point of tears.

Yes, we've been attacked by the enemy visciously.

But also, amidst all this we are more and more realizing that God is in control and to stop looking at the time. God's timing is perfect.

The last few messages especially from Lana Vawser confirmed all this (hence my last post).  On December 13, 2016 Lana Vawser received a message of comfort and confirmation for all of us. Here is an excerpt...

"The Lord spoke to me today that He is releasing Extravagant Comfort Confirmation.  When I asked Him what it was I felt Him say "I am releasing Extravagant Confirmation that is going to bring Comfort to My people.  It will comfort those of My people who have been tormented, distressed and fearful about whether what they are hearing Is from Me and if they are heading in the right direction.  I am bringing Extravagant Confirmation that will bring My people great peace, break the fear and crush the Chaos that has surrounded them and tormented them and Crack Open Springs of Refreshing Comfort of My Spirit where there seemed to be the feeling of "wandering and wondering in the wilderness!  Now My people, you will see wonders from your time in the wilderness.  My Confirmation will concrete in you My people the conviction of what I am saying and where I am leading you!  My Confirmation will crack open a greater Manifestation of a divine catapult and increased clarity!"

God has given us promises all across the Body of Christ.  He IS true to His word!  We have Not been duped.  However, we are being more cautious now in leaving the details to Him.

This morning this is what I sensed Him telling me...

"My promises are true, but leave all the details to me!" 

We know Only in part, but God knows All. 

Leave the details to Him.    

Unity

In May, 2017, our son Bryan graduated from High School.  During the Graduate Mass luncheon, the instructor asked the graduates to write down their answers to several questions.  One question asked was what they liked about the Catholic Church.

  

Bryan wrote one word... "Unity".

I was both pleased and surprised by his answer. We felt it was a word inspired from up above.

Here's a quote from a message given to a visionary Luz de Maria Revelacionesmarianas, "Light of Mary"...

"Beloved, the Angel of Peace will come from The Father's House with the Divine Word in his mouth, to pacify the turmoil of humanity, which in despair will make some rise up against others, losing all control, surrendering to the wildness caused by despair.  It will be the instant of the Angel of Peace, the instant of the Rescue, of the Unity of the remnant church, the flock will calm down."

The Hawk

On May 6, 2017 a Hawk... one almost identical to this one came swooping toward the window as I peered through it.  I had been watching a couple black birds on the ground fighting and wrestling with each other when suddenly a very large beautiful bird came swooping down on the birds and swooped upward just before the window that I peered through.  It was so quick and amazing.  I flew outside, but just as quickly the bird was nowhere to be found.  

At first I though it looked to be a gold eagle, but after some research I really feel that it truly was a hawk.  I've never researched the significance of the hawk and the bible, I've had my attentions mostly on eagles.  However, I was surprised to find this and excerpt from a book by John Eckhardt "Moving In The Apostolic"...

"The Ravenous Bird

God has a plan and purpose He will fulfill.  It has already been spoken by the prophets.  Nothing will stand in the way of His fulfilling His good pleasure; His counsel shall stand.  We have the glorious opportunity of being part of this plan.  As we discover the plan of God, we pray and align ourselves with His will, making us laborers together with God."  

"God calls the Ravenous Bird of Prey to execute His purposes.  This is a prophetic symbol of the apostolic ministry.  The ravenous bird is the Hebrew word ayit, meaning a hawk.  It comes from a word meaning to swoop down upon.  The hawk is a symbol of war, representing the militaristic aspect of the apostle's mantle.  Another contemporary definition for hawk is one who demonstrates an actively aggressive or combative attitude.  The Church's foreign policy is our commission to go into all the world and preach the gospel.  We must have an aggressive, warlike attitude against the forces of darkness that would attempt to stop us."

"The hawk symbolizes sharpness, keen vision and quickness, which means discernment and insight into the plans and purposes of God. The hawk is a swift bird that suddenly seizes its prey.  It is ravenous which means extremely hungry, voracious or greedy for gratification.  This bird symbolizes the militant, aggressive and warlike aspect of the apostolic ministry.  As Isaiah said, it is needed to execute the plans of God."

God calls the Ravenous bird to execute His counsel.  These are military generals and commanders who will mobilize the people of God for the fulfillment of God's purposes."

The hawk moves swiftly; it does not take long to swoop down upon and devour it's prey.  The apostolic church must likewise be quick in executing the plans of the Lord." End of excerpt

It was very interesting and not by chance that the "hawk" event happened while I was talking on the phone with my mother about our family and spiritual warfare, the apostolic ministry, the Elisha Double Blessing Mantle.  All of these things were being discussed when suddenly a hawk swoops in front of me only yards away.  Both the hawk and eagle are "birds of prey" and talked about in the bible...

"Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying,  "My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure," calling a bird of prey from the east, the man who executes My counsel, from a far country.  Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass.  I have purposed it; I will also do it."  Isaiah 46:10-11 

I found all this significant enough to mention.  Also, while investigating hawks, I happened upon this music video by a group called "The Hawks Trio" and found it to be inspiring and in sync with this post...

Family Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of our family.  Enlighten our hearts and minds that we may live more fully this vocation to love.

In our daily life and work may we reflect the self-giving love which you, O Father, eternally show with Your Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let Your love be evident in the peace that reigns in our home and in the faith we profess and live.  May our family always be a place of generosity, understanding, forgiveness and joy.

Kindly give us the wisdom and courage to be witnesses to Your eternal design for the family; and grant that the Holy Family of Nazareth may always guide our path to holiness as a family.

We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God forever and ever.  Amen.
